Liability Release Notice:  FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF THOSE AROUND YOU, YOU MUST READ and FULLY UNDERSTAND the USE of EACH PRODUCT AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS, WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS BEFORE OPERATING the Nadeau 7-Way Cart ®  We have made all efforts to communicate that this product is not a 'standard' 4 wheeled utility cart that you may be used to using. This patented product is unique in the industry and requires that you recognize how to use this product as it should not be treated or used like a 'standard' utility cart. This product is classified as a 'Light Duty' cart.

•	Do Not use in the rain, snow, and sleet or under any wet or slippery conditions.
•	Do NOT allow Children to push, pull or operate cart in any fashion. This cart is NOT a Toy.
•	ALWAYS check and tighten ALL Screws, Nuts, Bolts, Wheels, and Transfer Balls before operating-                     Vibration may loosen.
•	Do NOT use to transport people or animals.
•	Do NOT exceed maximum weight capacity of 250 lbs (113kg) between top and bottom tray. Do NOT exceed 150 lbs (68kg) on bottom dolly when used individually. Do NOT exceed 100 lbs (45kg) on the top tray when used individually or in full cart assembly format.  Weight must be "evenly" distributed on the dolly (not all in the middle of the dolly). The Top Tray weight must be evenly distributed over the 4 'support points' (points where the transferballs meet the top tray underneath).  The area outside the 4 support points can be used while the top tray is in dolly mode on the ground or in the back of the vehicle. Or for very light objects while in fully cart assembly position.  When setting top tray at the heighest 2 adjustment hole settings on the legs, do not exceed 50 lbs on the top tray.  While 'detaching the top tray' or 'attaching' the top tray (while in 'Transfer mode') do NOT exceed 75 lbs (34kg) on the Top Tray, or do NOT exceed what you can individually handle rolling by yourself, not exceeding 75 lbs (34kg). Use a 2nd person if you are not sure what you can handle by yourself. Again, SAFETY is the first priority. This cart is only as safe as the operator that is using it.
•	Always ‘center’ and ‘balance’ objects on both the top tray and the bottom tray to                   avoid the tray from tipping over and causing damage or injury. This is extremely important, as the                 cart is ‘top heavy’. The top tray is purposely bigger than the bottom. Use caution at ALL times and when attaching bins to the lip of the top tray. Make sure all is evenly balanced.
•	Do NOT allow children or minors to operate. Do Not leave children unattended near cart.
•	Always make sure ALL legs are properly aligned and fitted in the channel or track before using.
•	Always secure the 4 SAFETY LOCK PINS before using, installing the rear track pins FIRST. AND ALWAYS make sure the ball at the end of the lock pin is all the way thru the hole & will not come easily out. After many times of installing & removing the pin, you may wear the plastic or aluminum hole, so be sure the safety lock is still funtioning fully before each use. (Do NOT play with the pin & keep installing or removing the pin in the hole unneccessarily as this will wear down the hole on the track under the top tray and cause the pin not to function anymore. 
•	Always make sure the Snap Button pins are adjusted at the same height and they are fully protruded through the adjustment holes. 
•	Always wear gloves or use a pointed object to push the Snap Button Release pins in – to avoid pinching your fingers or catching any possible rough edges.
•	Always wear gloves to operate the Nadeau 7-Way Cart ® during extreme hot conditions or extreme cold conditions. The legs are aluminum. As with any aluminum material, the cart legs will become ‘hot’ to the touch in ‘hot’ weather (average 75 degrees or higher) or ‘cold’ to the touch in cold weather (average 40 degrees or below). Extreme temperature conditions could cause burns to your hands or skin if you are not wearing protective clothing. Always wear gloves to protect hands from any possible sharp edges.
•	Always operate the Nadeau 7-Way Cart ® on a flat or even surface. Do NOT operate or use on  hills, slight inclines, bumps, curbs or stairs.
•	Always make sure the Toe Brakes are facing ‘the operator’ (away from the cargo side) when removing or installing tray top in vehicle.
•	Always LOCK 2 Toe Brakes before installing top tray in vehicle and re-attaching top tray on legs. Release the 2 toe brakes before pushing the cart to roll to destination. Always step on toe brakes when you are at a stand still and desire the cart not to roll any longer.
•	Always secure the top tray on the cargo floor to the pre-installed cargo tie downs in your SUV or vehicle to avoid the tray from rolling or becoming air born in the event of an accident. Never exceed the maximum weight limit in the cargo area of your vehicle as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
•	Always secure the bottom base carrier (if you desire to store it in your cargo area) with a bungee cord or other method to avoid it from rolling, or as with any other objects in your vehicle you may store it behind your drivers seat on the floor. 
•	Always use a cloth or other material to protect you cargo interior area and the Nadeau 7-Way Cart ® from possible scratches that may occur from storing items such as the Nadeau 7-Way Cart ®   or from other stored items in your cargo area.
•	Be careful not to push the cart legs too hard against your vehicle's bumper so you can avoid scratching your bumper and the aluminum legs of the cart.  Otherwise put a protective cloth between the aluminum cart legs and your bumper while utilizing the cart with your vehicle; or create velcro bumper pad for cart legs available at your local hardware store.
•	Always make sure ALL 4 telescopic legs are at the SAME EXACT height. (the snap button pins should be in the same numbered holes for all 4 legs). Count holes from the bottom of the leg up, to be sure.
•	You may use WD40 or gentle lubricant to loosens snap push buttons if necessary. Clean cart with soft cloth.

Following the above instructions and cautions will help you avoid possible serious damage to the cart and any cargo placed on the cart. It will also help avoid possible serious injury to you, the operator, and/or to others around the cart. It is your responsibility as the operator of the cart to insure you understand it's full functioning and all the warnings, cautions and instructions. If you do not, do not use this product. Comes in a sleek professional black and gray. Gray 4 inch swivel caster rubber wheels with black plastic center are screwed in by consumer using screw driver. (2 with Toe Brakes). Top Tray has black plastic 2.5 inch wheels. These are pre-installed on most orders. Otherwise a small Philips head screw driver is needed for installation. (Screws included).
